Cash point chop is just like an ordinary NPC but you will use Cash points instead of zen to buy on that store. You can receive Cash points by killing Golden mobs or kunduns(not sure).

no you dont get cash shop points just by killing monsters. thats pc point shop, cash shop points are given by admins only. also post in the right section.
